We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, not including change of mind purchases. Postage and handling fees do apply. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the goods. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and contents included.

Warranty

• All TV 2 YOU products have a standard 12-month warranty. Should your product require repairs within your warranty period TV 2 YOU will repair your goods free of charge, though postage and handling fees do apply. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase as you will be requested to produce the docket when returning the product for repair under warranty.
